LUXOFT Company (IBS group of companies) opens Support Shift Lead position in department, which projects are being developed for the only customer

Responsibilities:

-Run the production application/UAT support for RATES which includes applications based on Java, Weblogic with Oracle as Database and Sun Solaris Operating System.
-Attending requests from user, proactively analyse the problem and it’s root cause and the suggest best possible solution.
-Ensure that all process and rules of Bank related to compliance, Risk and Security are followed.
-Prepare Disaster Recovery test plans, conduct DR tests.
-Coordinate with onsite teams, development teams, Support Manager and other team members during normal operation, Shift changes and handover

Requirements:

-A relevant IT qualification and two years IT experience
-Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills
-A good appreciation of Java, Oracle and Associated Technologies with expertise in some or all of the above
-Good verbal and written English skills.

As a plus:

-Experience in support or development of multi-layer Web applications is a plus.
